We reserve a company name of your choice or provide you with one of our already reserved shelf company names.
You will receive a company registration certificate.
All companies are automatically registered with the South African Revenue Services (SARS) for tax.
A B-BBEE Affidavit, stamped and signed by a Commissioner of Oaths, serves as a B-BBEE certificate for companies with less than R10 million turnover or Exempted Micro Enterprises.
This includes a voucher to have a 1 page website develped by MBA Infotech.
All companies must have a Memorandum of Incorporation (MOI) which sets out the rules agreed by the shareholders for the management and maintenance of the business. Private companies may be registered with a standard or a customised MOI. We will furnish you with a standard MOI.
This includes the filing of a Notice of Change concerning a Director, Notice and Minutes of Meeting, and Power of Attorney if applicable.
The CIPC does not keep record of the shareholders to issue share certificates. Share certicificates must be drawn up by the company itself. We will provide you with share certificates for all directors/shareholder upon registration.
